  1. Me 163 BOMBER INTERCEPTION TRAINING

  3. The secret behind the Me 163 Komet's
  4. incredible climbing rate and speed was
  5. a dangerous one.  The two propellants
  6. that made up its fuel, T-Stoff and 
  7. C-Stoff, were highly explosive when
  8. mixed.  Many pilots died while test-
  9. flying this rocket fighter, and
  10. although the Komet was occasionally
  11. successful at downing Allied aircraft,
  12. its high speed made this difficult.

  14.                     YOUR MISSION
  15.  
  16. You and your wingman must take off from 
  17. your airfield to intercept the bombers 
  18. inbound from the NW.  Concentrate on the 
  19. B-17s first, even though they have P-51B 
  20. escorts.  Those fighters can't catch you 
  21. as long as you keep your airspeed up. 
  22. Use your Me 163's cannons and SG 500
  23. rockets to shoot down as many bombers
  24. as you can before running out of fuel.

  27. cannons and SG 500 Jagdfaust rockets.
